Refund policy

Quality Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Replacements: Verified quality issues or damage will be resolved with a free replacement or refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

Defective or Damaged Products: We cover the cost of reprints for items damaged during production or shipping.

Lost Orders: If your package is lost in transit, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to replace.

Returned to Sender: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or rejection will not be reshipped automatically. You may place a new order at your cost.

Returns: As all products are made to order, we accept returns for items that are unwashed and unworn with tags intact. Please reach out to us to receive a return address.

Refunds: Refunds are processed only for verified quality issues or lost shipments.
